1. You must not use Atelio to
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights — including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination against protected groups.
- Produce sexual or sexually suggestive content involving any real or apparent minor.
- Impersonate another person or brand, including generating deepfakes of identifiable individuals without their verifiable consent.
- Produce content designed to deceive voters, undermine elections, or pass off AI-generated material as authentic reporting about real public events.
- Promote illegal goods or services (including regulated products in jurisdictions where they're banned).
- Generate content that facilitates fraud, scams, or financial crime.
- Generate instructions for weapons, explosives, malware, or anything that could cause physical or cyber-harm.
- Scrape or reverse-engineer Atelio, bypass usage quotas, or attempt to extract the system prompts / training signals of the underlying models.
- Resell Atelio's output at scale without our prior written agreement (individual creators are fine — this is aimed at commercial API reselling).
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them publicly. AI can make factual, visual, or legal mistakes.
- You must have the rights to any brand assets, product images, logos, or reference material you upload.
- You must comply with the platform rules of any channel you publish to (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
3. Safety measures we take
We use a combination of prompt-level filters, post-generation checks, and rate limits to detect misuse. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that trigger these systems, and we may preserve data to meet legal requests.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Atelio, or you want to report content that shouldn't have been generated, email support@utilityseo.com with the details. We investigate every report.
5. Copyright take-downs
If you believe material on Atelio infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@utilityseo.com with: your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing material, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and a statement that the information is accurate.
6. Changes
We may update this Usage Policy as new misuse patterns emerge or regulations change. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
