You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information on registration and to keep it up to date.

Atelio is offered on subscription plans, free trials, and one-off credit packs as described at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. Promo codes may alter pricing or unlock trials as specified at the time of redemption.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

'Your Content' means the brand assets, images, text, and other materials you upload. You retain ownership of Your Content and are solely responsible for having the rights to use it.

'Outputs' are the graphics, images, and text Atelio generates for you. Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we assign you the rights we hold in Outputs generated specifically for your workspace. AI outputs may not always be unique; similar outputs may be produced for other users.

You must not use Atelio for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes. Detailed rules live in our Usage Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Atelio platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by UtilitySEO Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform itself to you.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your access ends but your statutory rights regarding refunds and data portability are unaffected.

The service is provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Outputs will be accurate, on-brand, or fit for a particular purpose — you are responsible for reviewing before use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that nothing prevents consumers from bringing proceedings in their country of residence where required by local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
